Return/Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You are able to return your item(s) within 24hrs of receiving your order.
We allow the return of products after they have been used (tested)*. You can test the perfume by spraying it twice. This means that the product can only be used in the following way: 2 presses of the atomizer counted from the moment the perfume mist comes out of it. Fluid loss is checked visually and in case of doubt, on a sensitive scale. After testing it as per above, you do not lose the right to return and if you do not like the smell or longevity of the scent, you can return the product and get your money back.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email / message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you via email / message of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
